Force 32-bit Setup

Is there a way I can force my setup to build as a 32bit instead of a 64bit application on a 64bit machine? Yes, I've seen this note in the documentation: "Note that dotNetInstaller always runs in 32-bit mode, specifically compatibility 32-bit mode on 64-bit operating systems. This doesn't affect its general operating system filter behavior. "

I am running dotNetInstaller on a 64bit Windows 7 box, and seems like the batch files I run in the setup are running under WOW64 on a Windows Server 2008 machine and that causes some issues in my case.

Thanks,

The bootstrapper itself is 32-bit, always. But there's no way to force batch files to run without WOW64, or at least I don't know of one.
