Unable to link xml file : The system cannot open the device or file specified

I tried to create setup file in both 1.10 and 2.0 versions and it give me the same error message. I put this as bug issue but Just think there is something wrong with my xml file. anyone have any ideas why this is happening in two different versions?

It would be amazing if you attached a debugger and looked at the call stack.

In did manage to get to work. I ran as administrator and it work fine in 1.10 version.. when i do not run as administrator i get that error message.

where is the debugger information in the program and i think the first part of my message is the call stack, unless it some were else.

Hm. We still have a bug. There's not much here to work with. I don't have this problem locally.
