Support elevation as a subsequent command within the bootstrapper. First UI shows un-elevated, but clicking install elevates.

I'm still seeing the old behaviour using 2.0.5970.0 on Windows 7. I get a UAC elevation prompt when I run the bootstrapper before it even shows the dialog.

Check your manifest. It shouldn't have an as-admin manifest embedded.
Try the sample, if that works, then it's something in your project. File a new bug with your config if you can't figure it out.
